How to order?

2. Decide on the Packaging type you require.
3. Pick the material for bottles or jars.
4. Choose the Colour of containers.
5. Decide on decorations screen print.
6. Check out with payment by credit card.

How to order your print?

1. Confirm the print area of the containers.
2. Decide on the front and back format or full print wraparound.
3. Present artwork in pdf and adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign) formats.
4. Approve and signoff the artwork.
5. Approve and signoff the printed sample (when printed locally).
6. Review your product details with signed approval when you log in to your account for future orders.

How to order custom tubes?

1. Confirm tube diameter.
2. Decide on the tube length, considering the shoulder to crimp end length. It is common to have a greater length than that specified.
3. Decide on the material, depending on the barrier, heat and chemical resistance required.
4. Review available head and caps.
5. Decorations to be either screen print, offset print, labels and / or hot foil.
   1. Artwork to be sent in pdf and adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign) formats.
6. Approve and signoff the artwork.
7. Approve and signoff printer samples.
8. Review your product details with signed approval when you log in to your account for future orders.

How to test your packaging?

1. Fill the packaging with the desired contents.
2. Use the closure of choice.
3. If possible, sit the packaging upside down at higher temperature to simulate the variation of temperature that the product will endure over the course of the supply chain and consumer usage.
4. If required, send the packaging by land, sea and airfreight to simulate real life conditions.
5. Review air tightness in terms of evaporation as well as the liquid leakage.
6. If the leakage occurs, reconsider other types of sealing including change of gasket, induction foil and screw on cap.
7. Ensure that you simulate all the necessary physical conditions that you expect of your packaging.
