COVID-19 continues to impact all of us, from how people work to how we conduct our daily lives. As an essential supplier and manufacturer of plastic jars, bottles and closures, Synergy Packaging continues to manage the evolving situation and monitor closely how COVID-19 is affecting our communities, our team, our customers, and our partners.
We are immensely proud of the resilience, flexibility, and professionalism of our employees, who have stayed focused on delivering for customers and partners during this time. We are equally appreciative of the support of our customers and partners.
The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling, production, and delivery times. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse, production staff and shipping partners safe. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have recently been experiencing some offsite exposures at our facility in both the production and sales departments which has meant a reduction in staff across the site, you may see some delays in the production and delivery of your current orders and new orders coming through may be moved to 2022 production and delivery, this will be confirmed once your order has been processed by the sales team. Our delivery partners have also been experiencing the same issues with the depots having to close for deep cleaning and only operating with minimal staff on rotation.
We ask that you please be patient with the sales team while they work through these issues, and we promise to you that we will be continually providing updates as they come to hand.
