New Changes For 2012
Dear Customers,
2011 has been a tough year for most businesses in Australia. Whilst we have worked hard to keep our costs down but in the face of the many various costs pressures, in order to maintain the viability of the operations we have to make several changes that will affect our products and services offer going forward.
Please note that from early 2012, the following regime will be implemented.
Sample packs
1. We will offer sample packs of all products that are in stock. All sample packs will have 5 units of products. Coloured samples will be available in sample packs of 125ml bottles in the Synergy Colours.
Pre-packaged quantities only
2. Apart from sample packs, all products will be available in prepacked quantities only. This means that in some instances, we will not be able to offer exact quantities of closures to containers purchased. Further, in some instances, it will not be possible to order smaller packs that are currently available.
Prepacked quantities will mean that products will be offered in box quantities (for bottles and jars) and prepacked bags of some closures (pumps and sprays) only. Unfortunately, we will not offer products in less than prepacked quantities.
Minimum quantities required for coloured products
3. Products manufactured locally with either Synergy Colours or customer selected colours will be offered for quantities more than 5,000 units for bottles and 3,000 units for jars. Due to box quantities variation, we will offer product quantities closest to the box multiples.
Price increase
4. There will be selected price increases to reflect the cost of manufacture. The main increases are for quantities that are less than 5,000 units for clear and less than 7,500 units for coloured containers. Most imported products will also see some price increase that will reflect price increases from overseas suppliers.
Dip Tube cutting minimums
5. All purchases of mist sprays and lotion pumps will be required to be more than 1,000 units for dip tube cutting to be offered.
Printing prices for small quantities.
6. Please check prices for small quantities printing as the new prices will apply in 2012.
Generally, printed bottles will be delivered in quantities less bottles that might be used for set ups in the printing process. Exact number of printed bottles will be difficult to predict to the small amount of bottles used for set ups.
