When you place an order via our Website, we require you to supply your Full Name, Address (Bill To and Delivery Address), Telephone Number, and Email Address. Please be aware we cannot accept a PO Box Address as a Delivery Address. We also require a Telephone Number so we may contact you regarding your order or service that you have purchased, or for other relevant reasons.

Synergy Packaging uses NAB Transact Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions. Confidential information, including card details, is encrypted for security purposes. We do not store any information pertaining to credit card details. If payments are made over the telephone or manually, all credit card details are destroyed.
